Over the summer, as well as performing the tasks that were set I tried to take a more personal approach to my art and find what I am most interested in. As I am joint majoring in Creative Writing and Art I really needed to do this to find a path in which to channel both of my energies so they were at the very least in the same psyche as one another.
This was hard to do. There were days I felt Artistic and days when all I wanted to do was write. Obviously, I had to work through these as I will still have a fixed time table this year. However, it is very difficult not to mention frustrating forcing your brain to hold a biro when it desires a paint brush!
